I live just outside Brighton in Saltdean and my front door is 4 minutes walk to the beach!   In the summer,  I love swimming in the sea and feel like I’m living the dream!   I enjoy yoga, qi gong and walking in the woods where I connect strongly with the trees.    I sing in a choir and I love dancing.    I am an astrologer, Spiritual life coach and reiki master.   However at the moment I feel I am going through a transition – only problem is it is to, I know not where at the moment.  I keep telling myself that patience is a virtue and to just enjoy the ‘pause’ in my life.   All will be revealed!   I have two children – a daughter who lives in Buckinghamshire and who is in the entertainment industry and a son who lives with his partner in Mexico.   He is head master of an international school in Mexico City.   I also have two grandchildren who live with their mother in Panama.   That’s all for now xxx
