We are now live and you can experience a gentle learning process that guides you through small, easy movements for lasting ease. In a guided Awareness Through Movement® lesson you’ll go slowly, do less, rest often, and avoid any strain while I offer simple verbal guidance. Many people finish feeling lighter, better organized, less pain and more at ease—some changes show up right away, others build over time—and the approach is safe and adaptable for all ages and abilities.

For this series of A Natural Ease we are focusing on the Neck and Shoulders. That’s the main focus and yet people often experience improvements in other areas and an overall sense of vitality.

Why try it? Because it works with your nervous system, not against it: by reducing unnecessary effort and giving your brain clearer sensory information, the lessons open new options for how you sit, stand, breathe, and move—often softening long-standing patterns of tension. You set the pace (even imagining movements when needed), and regular sessions tend to create steady improvement; after a class, simple rest or a relaxed walk helps your system consolidate the benefits into daily life.
