Come and share anything that’s weighing heavy on your heart at this time, safe in the knowledge you will be heard and held in doing so.

It’s equally an opportunity to extend comfort and support to others and enjoy a nourishing chat, often with laughter to lighten the load.

You are more than welcome to attend just to listen if you’re not quite ready to participate.
