The real secret is to go within but did you know that there is hidden internal body knowledge that can transform your wellbeing, strength and stability, especially as you get older. In these classes I combine this ancient body knowledge with mind and spiritual practices in what I like to call the Essence of Meditation in Action.

The classes involve very gentle exercises promoting the parasympathetic nervous system:

  • Making Space in the body, Opening the joints
  • Correcting Posture, releasing tensions
  • Special standing poses,
  • Gentle movements,
  • Breathing Drills,
  • Walking Drills,
  • Mind Body Spirit Connections
